Treatments can include cleansing juices, detox shakes, organic meals, spa treatments, meditation, art therapy, 1-on-1 counseling, stress management and more. Every morning guests will awake feeling more energized and revived. Nightly health lectures will provide invaluable, practical information, helping one focus on self-care, lifestyle and longevity. Guests staying 14 days and longer will attend a mid-program review with one of the naturopaths where they will have an opportunity to adjust the detox program tailored to the needs of the individual.
