Each client receives a personal treatment plan that focuses on understanding the disease, how it affects them and those they care about, and how they can developing skills to manage it. 5 Door uses evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy, and experiential therapies like art therapy, animal therapy, meditation, and yoga. 5 Door’s program also includes education about nutrition and wellness, and is conveniently located near other treatment resources that offer medication assisted treatment (MAT), medical services, and employment resources. As a nonprofit organization affiliated with Catholic Charities of Madison, 5 Door offers opportunities for residents to explore and develop their spirituality.
