Betty Ford Bellevue’s intensive outpatient program (IOP) addresses each patient's specific situation and challenges. From this program, clients may also step down to low-intensity outpatient. In their virtual or in-person IOP, the program includes educational and therapeutic sessions designed to help clients build skills in the areas of coping, resilience, accountability, and initiative.
