Chandra's House Of Hope

Located on Madison’s East side, this sober living home supports adult women transitioning from residential treatment into early recovery. Operated by Tellurian Behavioral Health, the program addresses substance use disorders (SUD) and co-occurring mental health challenges by offering a safe, structured, and compassionate environment. Women live among peers with shared goals and benefit from continued accountability and mentorship. Residents commit to sobriety while building personal, vocational, and emotional stability as they return to their communities.
The program encourages sustained recovery by connecting each resident with a mentor and offering daily structure, accountability, and support. Residents are encouraged to stay engaged with outpatient care and continue developing coping strategies and healthy routines. The home promotes whole-person recovery with fitness access, support networks, and resources that help reinforce stability and personal growth.
Residents live in a nurturing, shared home with private bedrooms and access to essentials like internet, laundry, gym memberships, and household supplies. Fees cover utilities and amenities, including parking and urine testing. A $200 refundable sober deposit encourages commitment to recovery by reinforcing accountability, supporting house stability, and honoring successful transitions through sustained sobriety and proper notice.
