Crossroads Arcadia Campus offers both residential and outpatient treatment services to men who are struggling with substance use disorders. Their large residential facility houses up to 72 men at a time in fully furnished 2, 3, or 4 bedroom units. Shared areas in the facility include a commercial kitchen with meals provided, a community dining hall, free laundry facilities, 2 large landscape areas for communal gatherings and family visits, a courtyard with sand volleyball court, a basketball court, classrooms with access to a job search computer, and a conference room. Their Arcadia Campus is staffed by experienced caregivers 24 hours a day. Clients follow a structured and intensive residential program called Right Track, offering individual assessments, treatment and support services, program planning, aftercare planning, and goal setting. Individuals in this program participate in individual and group substance use therapy, weekly testing for drug or alcohol use, 12-Step meetings, SMART (non-12-Step) Recovery groups, peer mentoring, and family involvement. Patients spend 6 days per week in intensive psychoeducational groups, covering topics such as relapse prevention, coping strategies, life skills, anger management, and conflict resolution. Personalized treatment plans also include aftercare services and continuing care coordination with the Crossroads Aftercare Program. Crossroads Arcadia is also a community day treatment facility, offering intensive outpatient services. Their gender-specific outpatient program is designed for men who have completed the residential program and continue to reside at the facility. Clients continue their programs while working on relapse prevention and skill building, along with support in learning accountability, obtaining employment, and preparation for community reintegration.
