Desert Star Addiction Recovery Center treats drug and alcohol addiction, co-occurring disorders, relationship issues, gender-specific issues, sexual compulsivity, young adult challenges, eating disorders, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and trauma. They offer individualized treatment plans with varying support levels, including day treatment and intensive outpatient. They provide individualized treatment plans, allowing the combination of groups from different programs to suit specific requirements. The center offers various levels of structure and support, including partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and once-weekly outpatient groups. To accommodate clients' schedules, Desert Star ARC provides a hybrid option of in-person and telehealth services. Currently, the center offers 3 options for outpatient group therapy. The Emotional Wellbeing group focuses on primary mental health recovery, offering coping skills for depression, anxiety, trauma, and overall emotional stability. This group meets virtually on Thursdays from 6-9 pm. The Healthy Intimacy group, which is gender-specific for women, addresses struggles with relationships and intimacy issues, meeting virtually on Tuesdays from 6-9 pm. The Men and Relationships group, designed for men, tackles relationship struggles, connection with others, and sex/love addiction, meeting virtually on Wednesdays from 6-9 pm.
