Daily functional fitness and adventure therapy engage the client’s hands-on, tactile nature, allowing them to internalize training that boosts confidence and self-esteem. In-depth clinical assessment enables us to create an environment in which teenage boys and family can stabilize, reset, and confidently move forward on their treatment journey, with a clear understanding of the strengths and challenges at work. Embark works with adolescent boys and teens who are coping with anxiety, depression, social issues, and learning differences. Their short-term residential program has an average stay of 90 days.
Nestled beside the mountains of Benton, Embark at the Forge offers a cabin-like campus with access to nature and adventure activities for its clients. Their campus is surrounded by the East Tennessee Mountains on 55 acres with direct access to the Hiwassee River. With the world-class Ocoee only a short distance away there are many opportunities for water and outdoor sporting activities for your son, all under the direct supervision of our coaches.
