Located in the heart of Philadelphia, Gaudenzia’s Withdrawal, Stabilization, and Assessment Center (WSAC) is a crisis and residential facility offering trauma informed, culture-informed, and gender responsive services for individuals struggling with substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns. Services include substance use crisis stabilization, assessment, detox and withdrawal management, as well as individual and group counseling. In addition to initial crisis stabilization and assessment, Gaudenzia’s Withdrawal, Stabilization, and Assessment Center offers high-intensity residential substance use treatment. Gaudenzia is committed to assisting underserved populations regardless of circumstances. They accept medicaid as well as some commercial insurance and are able to assist with county funding when needed.
