Hickory Grove Recovery is an addiction treatment center located in Morrilton, Arkansas, just a short drive from Little Rock. They focus on compassionate, evidence-based care that is delivered with respect, dignity, and hope for individuals at any stage of their recovery journey. The facility can accommodate up to 75 clients and offers a safe and welcoming environment designed to help individuals begin the healing process. Hickory Grove Recovery offers a full continuum of care tailored to meet clients wherever they are in their recovery path. Their services include medical detox with supervised withdrawal management, including the use of medications such as Suboxone, Subutex, and Vivitrol when appropriate. They also provide inpatient residential treatment with a structured and supportive program that incorporates daily therapy, life-skills training, and personalized treatment plans. Medication-assisted treatment is available, combining therapeutic approaches with supportive medications to reduce cravings and prevent relapse. Aftercare support is provided to help individuals maintain sobriety beyond treatment, with ongoing individualized and group support. Additionally, the facility offers specialized programs for men, women, and veterans with supportive peer groups. Hickory Grove Recovery offers amenities and policies that are designed to enhance comfort and support throughout treatment. The facility is nicotine-friendly, with designated areas available. Admissions and transportation services are available 24/7, ensuring that help is accessible whenever it is needed. Their staff typically serves southern homestyle cooking, Mexican, and all-American meals, but they can adjust the meals based on clients' medical needs and preferences. They also serve snacks at 8 p.m. Hickory Grove encourages visitors so that clients can maintain strong connections with loved ones during their stay. After a 10-day blackout period, clients can have 2 visitors a week on Fridays from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Both visitors must come at the same time and be at least 18 years old. For the first visitation hour that visitors come to, they must complete a training session on psychology of family dynamics.
