Holina's has programs that tend to run about 10 days, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, or 12 weeks based on which therapies clients need and how long they can take time for treatment. A health cleanse might take 10 days, while the 12-week program allows time to try multiple therapies in the all-inclusive package or standalone packages for intensive trauma and pain recovery.
Holina Healing blends traditional and holistic therapies to foster deep healing and self-discovery. Through daily group sessions and 4-8 weekly individual sessions, clients address underlying psychological issues, explore family dynamics, and develop effective coping strategies. Expressive therapies like movement therapy, sound and chi gong healing, and group healing circles provide safe ways to express and process complex emotions. Clients engage in meditation, yoga, and swimming for physical and mental well-being, while ice baths, neurofeedback and biofeedback, juice cleansing, and saunas support body cleansing and overall recovery.
Holina Healing offers luxurious rooms with king-sized beds, a jacuzzi, an overlook with a mountain view, air conditioning, a TV, and Wi-Fi. Thoughtfully designed to offer tranquility and modern comforts, each space has an en-suite bathroom, desk and chair. Clients can request riverside and poolside rooms. The staff clean the rooms daily. The lush, mountain views and tropical weather make each room its own paradise. Their meals include continental, Thai, and vegan cuisines that their 5-star chef prepares, and they can accommodate most diets with advanced notice.
Holina Healing’s aftercare program provides ongoing support through weekly 45-minute video calls with their therapeutic aftercare team, helping clients stay on track as they transition back home or to work. This free 6-month program reinforces recovery strategies, encourages 12-Step engagement, and offers guidance through unexpected challenges, ensuring long-term success.
