Nestled in the awe-inspiring Rocky Mountains, Momenta Recovery helps women overcome the trauma and attachment issues that contribute to their addiction while building knowledge and skills. Their 90-day residential or IOP program features experiential and evidence-based therapies in addition to gender-specific treatment. Some therapies they provide include family therapy, life skills, art therapy, and narrative therapy. Their treatment focuses on healing attachment styles, addressing addictions, and healing from trauma. Clients can enjoy a variety of outdoor activities such as bike rides, rock climbing, cave exploration, fishing, and white water rafting. Additionally, Momenta Recovery provides volunteer opportunities for its clients and therapeutic activities such as yoga, cooking classes, art therapy projects, and meditation. Their intimate and home-like center boasts comfortable lounge spaces, shared bedrooms, and healthy meals. Momenta Recovery is LegitScript certified and accepts both private and public insurances.
