From their unique location in Costa Rica, students have the opportunity to participate in several adventure therapy activities during the program. Some of these activities include surfing, whitewater rafting, hiking, and rappelling. In addition to these activities, clients participate in regular health and wellness based activities like yoga, fitness classes, and meditation sessions. To help ensure student safety while in the program, everyone participates in water rescue certification and wilderness first aid certification courses.
