Rock Recovery believes in using traditional forms of therapy in combination with adventure and fitness therapies to target all aspects of the human experience. Adventure and fitness therapy stimulates change by presenting decision-making and problem-solving scenarios. This center offers rock climbing, kayaking, paddle boarding, white water rafting, camping, swimming and canoeing.
