Rock Springs offers a full continuum of care including residential treatment, partial hospitalization (PHP), and intensive outpatient (IOP), and virtual services for adults along with specialized programs for adolescents and military personnel. Rock Springs understands there's no one-size-fits-all approach. They offer care plans that are tailored to the individual's unique needs. Therapy can include traditional talk therapy, group therapy, family counseling, 12-Step facilitation, and psychoeducation groups. Those attending residential treatment typically start the day off with morning meditation before breakfast, followed by exercise. After impatient, clients can step down into outpatient care, which runs Mondays through Fridays for 5 hours a day.
