Time Wellness Tennessee’s Taft location offers a secluded location in the mountains for residential treatment. Adults with severe mental health conditions, complex diagnoses, or those at risk of dangerous behaviors, self-harm or suicide, can find a comprehensive and supportive place for treatment at Time Wellness Tennessee. They treat various mental health disorders with a combination of evidence-based, holistic, and innovative therapies. The residential facility has a sensory room, spacious group rooms, intimate therapist offices, and more. Individuals will receive an initial evaluation to ensure a personalized treatment plan based on individuals’ needs. During treatment, individuals will receive daily schedules with where in the facility they should go at what times. Each day includes chef-prepared meals, individual and group therapy sessions, and physical activity. Time Wellness Tennessee offers extended aftercare, which includes 1-on-1 counseling sessions to ensure long-lasting mental wellness. Time Wellness Tennessee offers BrainTap, which uses a combination of light and sound to mimic the patterns of your brain when you meditate deeply. It calms both your body and mind by stabilizing your emotional responses and can increase the production of chemicals in your brain that make you feel good. Time Wellness Tennessee Taft has a red light therapy office where individuals can receive red light therapy. Low levels of red light are used to enhance the function of mitochondria, the powerhouses within our cells. Red light therapy can be used to treat various conditions, like depression.
