Transition House Bartow

Located in Bartow, this residential reentry program is part of The Transition House’s network, serving adults recovering from incarceration, homelessness, or addiction. It blends mental health care, substance use treatment, housing assistance, and workforce development. After completing the program, residents can continue their progress with outpatient services through Inspire Counseling, supporting sustained recovery and a healthier future.
