Founded
2023

Opened by Vin Baker, the 4 time NBA all star gold medalist, this recovery center provides individuals struggling with substance use disorders opportunities to receive flexible and effective outpatient treatment. Their programs are designed to cater to the specific needs of the patient, with the goal of encouraging self-sufficiency and long-term sobriety in recovery. They provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for clients with opioid or alcohol use disorders. Clients are required to attend outpatient counseling if they desire to use medication-assisted treatment. In addition to outpatient counseling, they offer an intensive outpatient program (IOP) for clients who need more intensive structure to their treatment. Additionally, peer support is available for all clients. Peer support workers help advocate for clients in recovery, share resources and building skills, build community and relationships, lead recovery groups, mentor and help set goals. Vin Baker also partners with local jails and correctional facilities to provide initiation of services and ongoing care for those who are incarcerated.
