While the residential treatment ledge ranges from 30 to 60 days, outpatient treatment offers the same kind of therapy and treatment in the facility but at a lower level. Clients' schedules will be based on their particular needs, and it is not unusual for someone just starting outpatient treatment to have 3 to 4 therapy sessions a week while adjusting to sobriety on the outside. Treatment therapies include CBT, DBT, individual and group sessions, and family counseling. The All American aftercare can include 12-Step meetings and therapy.
