AspenRidge Recovery Lakewood helps clients leave shame at the door and build the tools to live a life of long-term recovery from addiction, mental health, and trauma. Through flexible outpatient programs, they offer individualized care, proven treatment methods, and lifelong alumni support. Medicaid is accepted, and clients receive the same high-quality treatment regardless of their financial situation. To increase access, they also partner with Uber Health and RTD Access-a-Ride for transportation support. AspenRidge Recovery’s mental health and addiction treatment is never one-size-fits-all, walking each client through the levels of care and therapies that best suit them. They use evidence-based therapies—including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and motivational interviewing—along with holistic therapies to support social, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness. Clients find genuine joy by creating a sober community, exploring hobbies, repairing meaningful relationships, and building a life they don’t want to escape from. AspenRidge’s day program—also known as partial hospitalization (PHP)—offers 30+ hours of weekly care for up to 30 days. Their 5-day IOP offers 15 hours each week for up to 60 days, and their 3-day IOP offers 9 hours each week for up to 90 days. Each level includes group and individual therapy, medication-assisted treatment, and case management, with in-person and hybrid options. AspenRidge can also connect clients to local sober living residences. AspenRidge Recovery’s alumni program offers a lifelong connection that makes it easier to maintain sobriety. Consistent support comes through weekly meetings and an alumni app that provides space to share recovery milestones and ask for support. From kayaking trips and talent shows to holiday parties and intramural sports, alumni stay engaged, encouraged, and empowered—proving that recovery is not only possible, but also fun, connected, and sustainable.
