Caron Treatment Centers is nonprofit dedicated to transforming lives through addiction and behavioral healthcare treatment. For nearly 70 years, Caron has treated individuals and families suffering with addiction and mental health conditions; helping them achieve what they never thought possible; transforming their lives. Their outpatient facility in Atlanta, Georgia offers teens and adults with a variety of services designed to guide individuals and families towards lasting recovery. Caron Atlanta offers intensive outpatient programs (IOP) for both teens and adults that meet 3 times per week for 3 hour sessions. These programs are led by experienced therapists who help clients deal with their emotions in a healthy way and develop coping skills. Clients may also receive individual counseling and attend support groups. Caron Atlanta offers additional support services including drug and alcohol assessments, individual counseling, family counseling, family support groups, prevention education, and neurotherapy services. Caron Atlanta employs neurotherapy specialists that develop a plan to help optimize brain function.
