Clients at Casa Serena will have the opportunity to engage in evidence-based therapy along with holistic services that include acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), art therapy, 12-Step facilitation, nutrition and wellness, eye movement therapy (EMDR), and yoga. Once clients transition from the residential treatment, Casa Serena provides up-scale sober living homes as clients transition into outpatient treatment.
