Treatment incorporates individual, couples, and group therapy, trauma processing techniques such as the trauma egg, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), lifespan integration, and Meadows’ post induction therapy, alongside 12-Step recovery counseling to rebuild trust, strengthen relationships, and restore emotional balance. Healing extends through immersive retreats and workshops set in tranquil rural surroundings. These programs blend equine-assisted therapy, mindfulness, sound baths, art, and fireside group sessions to deepen reflection and connection.
