Liberty House Outpatient

Liberty House offers several levels of care to meet people wherever they are in recovery, including partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient (OP) programs. For those who need more support before starting outpatient care, the team can help with referrals to trusted detox and residential programs. Every client works closely with a case manager and has access to an on-staff psychiatrist for ongoing clinical and mental health support.
The clinical team takes the time to understand each client’s experiences, challenges, and goals so care feels personal and purposeful. Using science-backed therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed approaches, clients learn practical tools to manage triggers and create lasting change. The program also includes family therapy and relapse prevention planning, recognizing that recovery affects more than the individual.
