Their approach includes group therapy to build communication skills, assertiveness, and distress tolerance, as well as family therapy when needed. Expert psychiatric providers manage medications and meet with clients at least 5 times per week, promoting stability through consistent care.

The spacious gym provides opportunities for recreation and fitness, while the courtyards allow for time in the sun. Clients connect in thoughtfully designed day rooms and group therapy areas, facilitating both organic and intentional peer support. Discharge planning begins on the day of admission and may include referrals for outpatient services, support groups, and other community resources to help clients build on the progress they made during their time at Maple Heights.
