REACH Comprehensive Mental Health Clinic

Located near Route 57 in Brown Deer, this state-certified outpatient clinic provides counseling and mental health care for children, adolescents, and adults. Licensed staff address alcohol and drug use, depression, anxiety, trauma, anger, grief, chronic pain, and family conflict. Services include psychotherapy, diagnostic evaluations, case management, and community referrals, with additional support available for vocational rehabilitation and court-referred clients.
Treatment integrates evidence-based methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), moral reconation therapy (MRT), and rational emotive therapy with holistic options. Clients participate in individual and group counseling, anger management groups, and skill-building workshops. Massage, acupressure, meditation, stretching, and lifestyle coaching are offered to reduce pain, improve daily functioning, and strengthen emotional and spiritual well-being for long-term recovery and self-management.
The two-week “Fly to Recovery” residential program in Costa Rica combines therapy with a natural retreat setting. Clients engage in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), faith-based counseling, relapse prevention, art, music, journaling, cinema therapy, and therapeutic horseback riding in groups of up to ten. The program costs $9,160, covering housing, meals, therapy, and follow-up referrals, helping participants develop coping skills and healthier life patterns.
