Group therapy is an important part of the healing process and groups are held 5 times a day, covering a wide range of topics such as gender equality, trauma healing, and getting to know your inner child. Individual counseling takes place weekly and clients will have the opportunity to engage in adventure therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), gardening, art therapy, equine therapy, motivational interviewing (MI) and more. The Seaglass Recovery program takes place in Prescott, Arizona where they can accommodate up to 20 women in semi-private bedrooms.
