Sage Recovery and Wellness is a holistic-based mental health treatment center for adults and adolescents in Austin, Texas. Their outpatient services include partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient services (IOP), and virtual counseling services. Sage Recovery’s individualized treatment plans range from structured to a la carte style services. The length of stay depends upon the individual's goals and progress. Sage Recovery assists clients in tailoring a program and schedule that best fits the individual's needs.
The intensive outpatient program provides 3 hours of clinical treatment, 3 days a week. Treatment includes dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), family support, life skills, and process groups. The Day Treatment (PHP) provides an intensive level of support throughout the week for those who do not currently need 24-hour care to manage their mental health or substance use concerns. The program provides 5.5 hours of programming, 5 days a week.
Sage Recovery also offers a wellness program with a variety of therapy groups that meet weekly. Therapy groups are aimed to target specific goals that clients may have. Once a week, clients may attend art therapy, grief and loss, parenting skills, psychodrama, horticulture therapy, self esteem and self worth, music therapy, and coping skills.
