Serenity Light Recovery
A clean, verified profile with contacts and key program details.
Just outside of Houston, Serenity Light Recovery strives to be a beacon of hope and light for those struggling with substance abuse disorder. They offer detox, extended care, and intensive outpatient (IOP). Serenity Light offers a wide range of therapies to create unique, customized treatment plans for each client. Some of the therapies include meditation and yoga, recovery fitness, personal training, massage therapy, nutritional counseling, spiritual advising, a faith-based track, creative art expressions, biosound/biofeedback, equine therapy, and pharmacogenomics (PGX) assessments. They believe in healing the mind, body, and spirit, which is why they have a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor on staff to lead clients in recovery fitness. Serenity Light has a specialized veteran substance abuse treatment program that focuses on PTSD’s effects on addiction, and they offer a veterans scholarship to ensure that those who served us can get care. EMDR is an important therapy used in the veterans program. The landscape of Serenity Light’s Angleton treatment center promotes relaxation and inner peace after combating a life of chaos. The home has semi-private rooms, comfortable living areas, a lake with a gazebo, and lots of outdoor roaming space. Serenity Light wants to ensure lifelong sobriety and happiness for each client, which is why they have discharge planning and an aftercare program. Some of the services that come with aftercare include recovery coaching, sober living homes, IOP, and schedule aftercare group. Serenity Light is Joint Commission accredited and LegitScript certified. They accept private insurance.
