The Meadows Model incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), group therapy, neurofeedback, somatic experiencing, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), 12-Step principles, and a wellness component. The PHP program is 5-6 hours per day, 5 days a week, whereas the IOP program consists of 15 to 20 hours of programming services each week, with both day and evening options.
Clinical staff are trained in Post-Induction Therapy (PIT) and have received intensive experiential training to help treat trauma.
