The Wellness Shack

The Wellness Shack is a peer-run mental health recovery center dedicated to supporting adults living with severe or persistent mental health disorders and/or substance use disorder. Their mission is to build an inclusive, safe, and respectful community of recovery and hope through peer support. The center offers a variety of peer-led support groups addressing conditions such as alcohol and drug use, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and dual diagnosis.
