Clients using public transportation can travel by bus via the 302 City, 202 East Kew, and 612 Box Hill lines, by train via the Belgrave/Lilydale line, which stops 5-10 minutes away, and by tram via service number 109, with a 5 minute walk to Wellington House. Clients and guests must have an appointment and should enter via walkway on the left side of the building and use the bell. Wellington House offers wheelchair accessibility including wheelchair accessible toilets. Turning Point Australia is funded by the Commonwealth Department of Health and provides free care for Australian residents.
