Adult and Teen Challenge does not employ medical staff, so participants must have completed detox prior to admission to the program. To help focus on recovery, contact is limited to immediate family and electronic devices are not allowed. With the goal of helping participants achieve recovery from all substance use, smoking is not allowed.
