Anchored Tides Recovery is a comprehensive dual diagnosis rehab program designed specifically for women, by women. Formed in 2016, they offer women struggling with substance abuse and mental illness a safe haven at their Huntington Beach, California treatment center. They offer various levels of addiction treatment services including PHP, IOP, and an outpatient program. Outpatient treatment is highly individualized and based around the client's specific needs. “When it comes to outpatient treatment, clients will attend different forms of addiction therapies during the day and return back to their home after. This allows for the client to be able to attend to any outside commitments she may have and stay focused on treating addiction at the same time.” Anchored Tides utilizes evidence-based treatment modalities that are geared towards issues women face. These are just some of the many therapies utilized at Anchored Tides Recovery: DBT, EMDR, trauma resiliency, relational education therapy, adventure-based therapy, experiential therapy, and meditation and mindfulness. In addition, counselors are also provided to help clients with life skills training, assistance in resume building, academic needs, and job search assistance. Holistic therapy is at the heart of Anchored Tides, and they offer Reiki, massage, yoga, and surf therapy. Anchored Tides Recovery strives to provide a much more personalized experience and is more like a resort and less like a hospital. Anchored Tides Recovery is located in the vibrant community of Huntington Beach, California. They provide a comfortable home for women in recovery. Anchored Tides is accredited by the Joint Commission and accepts most private insurance.
