Birch Wellness Center uses different therapy approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), individual therapy, trauma therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), experiential therapy, eating disorder treatment, motivational interviewing, and nutrition therapy. Birch Wellness Center’s home provides a serene and peaceful feel, assisting in the recovery process. Keeping to the original bone structure of the home, the owners have fully renovated to accommodate their clients needs. They offer shared and private rooms along with bathroom en suites.
