Cumberland Heights is a nonprofit organization that was founded in 1966. The center uses evidence-based therapies such as dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, family systems work, trauma informed care, and 12-step facilitation. Their programs include detox, residential, adult extended care, and intensive outpatient programs (IOP).
