Levels of care include outpatient counseling, therapy groups, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), telehealth services, and clinicians provide medication management and medication assisted treatment (MAT) when appropriate. Therapies address post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders (SUD) through evidence-based approaches. Clinicians deliver prolonged exposure therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), written exposure therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Care also includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational enhancement therapy (MET), contingency management, and 12-Step facilitation programs. The clinic offers specialized programs such as seeking safety for PTSD and substance use, skills training in affective and interpersonal regulation, and conjoint couples therapy for PTSD. Women veterans access services for military sexual trauma (MST), and meditation groups, peer support, and vocational rehabilitation referrals give veterans skills and continued guidance in recovery.
