Dual diagnosis clients have access to medication management services in addition to daily 1:1 therapy sessions. A few treatment approaches include The Minnesota Model, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), experiential therapy, rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and motivational interviewing (MI).
