Monarch Shores is a private, 6-bed, executive-style rehab facility located on the cliff side of Dana Point, California. Monarch Shores offers faith-based, 12-step, non-12-step, SMART Recovery, dual-diagnosis, and holistic treatment options. They also use cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, trauma therapy, grief counseling, group therapies, and relapse prevention methods. Their holistic modalities include various meditation and mindfulness practices, acupuncture, nutritional counseling, aromatherapy, and art therapy.
