Therapeutic modalities include CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing (MI) problem solving, Family Systems, and life skills training. Additionally, clients participate in adventure therapy and experiential therapies, which can include nature outings, hiking, trips to local museums, and meditation and mindfulness.
