Villa Paradiso Tunisia is a beautiful ocean side rehabilitation villa for men and women seeking help for drug and alcohol addictions and co-occurring mental health disorders. They customize each client's treatment plan based on an assessment done at time of admission. After a medical examination and a consultation a personalized treatment plan is developed including detox, residential treatment, recovering plan, and an aftercare plan. Their approach is holistic in nature and focuses on returning the body, mind and spirit to good health. Villa Paradiso Tunisia’s main purpose is to help clients discover the root cause for their addiction, once a client has identified the root cause they can confront the triggers and develop coping mechanisms that will allow them to take control of their recovery process. Villa Paradiso Tunisia strengthens a clients sense of self by dealing with their addictions, developing coping skills through psychological therapies including individual therapy, group therapy, and workshops.Their treatments are in French and Arabic. They use evidence based therapies such as acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), equine therapy, expressive arts, eye movement therapy (EMDR), family counseling, group therapy, and relapse prevention counseling. They work to teach their clients about good nutrition and exercise. Villa Paradiso Tunisia treats some behavioral disorders such as anxiety disorders, depression, social phobia, panic disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, sexual compulsivity, alcohol-related brain damage, burnout, gambling addictions, eating disorders and bipolar depression. They use some experiential methods like yoga, mediation, breathwork, adventure therapy, massage, bodywork, art therapy, equine therapy, and exercise. Villa Paradiso Tunisia does a genetic study using DNA to allow them to better understand which drug is the right fit and most effective for the client. Another tool that Villa Paradiso Tunisia uses is transcranial direct current stimulation (TDCS) as an alternative therapy treatment for depression, chronic pain, and drug addiction. Villa Paradiso Tunisia’s accommodation includes private rooms and en-suites for each client. The rooms have amazing views of the ocean and some have direct access to the pool and outdoor patio.
