Located along Wisconsin State Highway 50 in scenic Salem Lakes, this outpatient center has delivered mental health and substance use counseling since 1991 for children, adolescents, adults, and families. Clinicians address anxiety, postpartum depression, trauma, grief, addiction, and LGBTQ+ support, with telehealth available when clinically appropriate and supported by the provider.
Clients receive clinically grounded care using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing (MI). Treatment may involve weekly individual sessions and structured group therapy lasting 60 to 90 minutes.
In addition to clinical services, clients gain access to peer support from certified specialists with lived experience in recovery. Targeted therapy groups further enhance care, including moral reconation therapy (MRT) for behavior change, gender identity support groups, and substance use groups that promote insight, coping skills, and motivation for recovery.
